Little Salvagers
Privacy policy
Updated 4 October 2026. Little Salvagers is made by Dominik Hurcik (Games by Dom). This policy covers the iPhone and iPad game, including its advertising-supported release.
Your game and saved progress
The game stores progress, settings, completed levels, stars and your current puzzle on your device. When iCloud is available, progress is also saved in your private Apple CloudKit database, linked to your iCloud account, so you can continue on another device. The game uses an Apple-provided account identifier to keep different accounts’ saves separate. We do not run our own account or gameplay server.
Reset all progress in Settings resets the campaign and synchronizes that reset when iCloud is available. Deleting the app removes its local save; reinstalling may restore your iCloud save. You can manage iCloud storage and access in your device’s Apple settings.
Game Center and friends
Game Center sharing is optional. If you connect, the game submits your completed-level progress and stars to Apple’s leaderboard. With your permission it reads your Game Center friends’ shared progress, display names and profile images to show them on the Journey map. Friend information is kept in memory and is not sent to an advertising service by the game.
You can disconnect sharing in the game’s settings and manage Game Center permissions in Apple settings. Disconnecting on one device stops new submissions from that device; it does not delete scores already held by Apple or change other devices.
Advertising
Little Salvagers uses Google AdMob to display occasional advertisements between completed levels. We request non-personalized ads, disable Google’s publisher first-party identifier and do not request access to Apple’s advertising identifier through an App Tracking Transparency prompt. Non-personalized advertising still involves processing data.
Google’s advertising software may process your IP address (including approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, product interactions, crash reports and performance information. This supports ad delivery, frequency limits, fraud prevention, measurement and diagnostics. We do not give Google your saved puzzles, Game Center friends, profile images or iCloud account identifier.
Where required, a consent message appears before advertising. You can revisit available choices through “Ad privacy options” in Settings. Your choice does not unlock or restrict puzzles. Ads may be unavailable offline or when consent does not permit them. Removing ads prevents the game from requesting further ads while that purchase is recognized; it does not erase information previously processed by Google.
See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services for Google’s purposes, retention, international processing and controls.
Purchases
Apple handles the optional permanent Remove Ads purchase. The game checks Apple-signed purchase records to restore access and handle refunds. We do not receive your card details or billing address. Resetting game progress does not remove this purchase. Use Restore purchases with the Apple Account used to buy it.
Support and your choices
If you email us, we receive your email address and what you choose to include, and use it to respond and resolve the issue. Please do not send passwords or payment details. We retain support correspondence only as needed to resolve your request and meet applicable obligations.
You may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent or request a copy, depending on where you live. Contact itsgamesbydom@gmail.com for requests concerning information held by Games by Dom. Apple and Google provide controls for information they hold; we may direct you to those controls when we cannot access or delete it ourselves. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
Children
The game is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to us, contact us so we can address it. Apple’s family and purchase controls apply to purchases.
Services and changes
Apple operates iCloud, Game Center and App Store purchases under Apple’s Privacy Policy. Those services and Google may process data outside your country under their applicable safeguards. We will update this page when the game’s data practices change and adjust the date above.
